WizeTherapy is an approved provider of State and Commonwealth Services for children with a disability and their families.

Funding to access services is available through:

Early Intervention Program
: This is funded by the Disability Services Commission and supports approximately 65 families to access free therapy services from Wize Therapy until their child turns 8 years. Families can self-refer or be referred by a Local Area Co-ordinator or other health professional. Please contact us to find out more about this program.
School Age Intervention Program
This is funded by the Disability Services Commission and supports approximately 20 families to access free therapy services from Wize Therapy for children aged 9 to 18 years. Families can self-refer or be referred by a Local Area Co-ordinator or other health professional. Please contact us to find out more about this program.
Helping Children with Autism and Better Start Programs
These programs are funded by The Commonwealth government for children diagnosed on the Autism spectrum and with particular disabilities such as cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, Fragile X. For the complete list of children who are eligible for this service please see the Early Intervention Services website. These programs provide a maximum of $12,000 for therapy services and associated resources until the child turns seven.
Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan
This plan may also be known as the Enhanced Primary Care plan or Team Care Arrangement. This plan is initiated by your GP. If your child is eligible, the plan provides 5 allied health services (physiotherapy, occupational therapy or speech pathology) in a calendar year for which you receive a medicare rebate of approximately $50.00 per session.
NDIS Hills Trial Site
Wize Therapy is an approved provider of early intervention services and therapy services for school age children with disability in the Hills Trial Site. Individuals and families can contact WizeTherapy directly to initiate the provision of services after meeting with their NDIS Planning Co-ordinator. Wize Therapy has an outreach clinic in Lesmurdie for families who may want to access services more locally. Click here to find out more about the NDIS Hills Trail.
Private Services
Individuals can self-refer or be referred by their family for therapy services at WizeTherapy, and if they have the relevant private health insurance claim a rebate from their Private Health Fund.
