We employ experienced and skilled Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants and Administration Officers. We also have capacity to support the development of exceptional newly-graduated therapists who demonstrate a commitment to our organisational values and a passion for working in the field of paediatrics.

WizeTherapy provides clinical mentoring and external training to our team members to ensure they all maintain a high-level of evidence-based, contemporary practice. We prioritise continuous improvement and life-long learning and have a number of specialised clinicians available to support individual development and learning goals.

WizeTherapy provides a high-level of administration and IT supports to our therapists to help make work life a bit easier! All therapists at WizeTherapy are assigned a dedicated administration support person to assist them with the co-ordination of their diaries, and in managing family and school enquiries. WizeTherapy therapists are also assigned a personal laptop at the commencement of their employment and have access to an efficient, electronic management system to record client-therapist interactions, create and manage funding plans, create electronic goal setting documents and much more!
